Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that schedules change. RoadHue's cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our technicians. RESCHEDULING - Free rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. - Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $25 rescheduling fee at RoadHue's discretion. - Rescheduling is subject to technician availability. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: Full refund of any deposit paid. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: Deposit is non-refundable. This covers the technician's reserved time and materials staged for your job. - Same-day cancellations (within 2 hours of appointment): A $50 late cancellation fee applies in addition to forfeiture of any deposit. NO-SHOWS If a technician arrives at the scheduled location and the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the appointment is treated as a same-day cancellation and the $50 no-show fee applies. RoadHue reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to severe weather (Red or Black weather rating per our weather monitoring system), equipment failure, or technician emergency. In these cases, a full refund of any deposit is issued and rescheduling is offered at no charge.
