RoadHue Mobile Paintworks provides mobile automotive paint repair and refinishing services, including paint touch-up, scratch and scuff repair, panel repainting, bumper repair, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and related reconditioning. Services are performed at the customer's chosen location (driveway, garage, carport, or parking lot) using mobile equipment.

All estimates provided by RoadHue are good-faith approxations based on the information and photos you submit, plus an on-site inspection when applicable. Estimates are valid for 7 days from the date issued. The final price may differ if additional damage, prior repairs, rust, or parts issues are discovered once work begins. We will inform you of any material change before proceeding.

RoadHue Mobile Paintworks warrants its paint work against peeling, fading, and defects in workmanship for 30 days from the date of completion. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• Warranty applies only to the specific areas and services listed on your completion certificate
• Warranty does not cover damage from new impacts, accidents, vandalism, weather events, car washes, or improper maintenance
• Warranty does not cover pre-existing damage or prior repairs not disclosed at the time of service
• Warranty is void if the vehicle is repainted or modified by a third party within the warranty period

To make a warranty claim, contact us within 30 days and we will inspect and repair the affected area at no charge. Ceramic coating warranties follow the terms specific to your chosen tier.

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App (for in-person payments)
• Financing through Affirm (for eligible service totals)

For dealer accounts, payment terms are as agreed in your dealer agreement (Net 0, Net 15, or Net 30). A receipt and completion certificate are provided on request.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 trip fee to cover technician travel and lost scheduling time. To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or text at +1 (404) 999-2964, or by email.

If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as early as possible and re-book at no cost to you.

By providing your mobile number and consenting on our intake form, you agree to receive recurring service-related text messages from RoadHue Mobile Paintworks. This includes estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, technician en-route notices, and completion notifications.

• Message and data rates may apply; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• You are not required to provide SMS consent as a condition of purchasing any service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadHue Mobile Paintworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or mechanical issues unrelated to the paint work performed
• We are not liable for items left in or on your vehicle; please remove valuables before service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, access issues, or factors outside our control
• You agree to provide a safe, accessible work area with a power source when required
